If you cannot attend a seminar that you've registered for, you have three options:
CANCEL WITH A REFUND - You may cancel your registration one week prior to the seminar/replay date for a refund less a $35 service charge. Refunds cannot be given after this date. For CLE Season Ticket Holders - Cancellations must be received by 12:00 Noon the third working day prior to the seminar. Cancellations received after this time will be invoiced for a $77 materials fee.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER SEMINAR – Transfer requests received by 12:00 noon the third working day prior to the seminar are subject to a $50 transfer fee. Transfer requests received after this time are subject to a $110 transfer fee. Registrations may be transferred once and only to seminars scheduled through the end of the fiscal year (June 30).
NO SHOW - If you are unable to attend a seminar and do not cancel or transfer your registration, you will be provided the seminar materials in lieu of a refund. For CLE Season Ticket Holders - If you are unable to attend and do not cancel your registration by Noon the third working day prior to the seminar, you will be invoiced for $77 materials fee.
