The North Carolina Advocates For Justice is made up of nearly 4,000 attorneys, legal assistants, law school faculty and students, and law office managers throughout the state of North Carolina. We also have members in South Carolina, Virginia, and other states across the nation.
Our members do trial work for plaintiffs, in areas such as Consumer Bankruptcy, Auto Torts/Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security/Disability, Employment Law, Family Law, Civil Rights, and Nursing Home Litigation. In addition, the North Carolina Advocates For Justice is fairly unique in that we also count as valuable members of our organization attorneys who practice Criminal/Indigent Defense.
All of our attorney members believe in and diligently practice our motto: Protecting People's Rights.
